The Chesapeake Bay is such a valuable resource to all who live near it and in its watershed areas, which encompass 6400 square miles.
Students, teachers and other volunteers can become involved in keeping the bay in a natural balance by planting riparian forests at the waterside, cleaning up trash on the bay, limiting fertilizer use on lawns and much more!
