Citizen's group objects to forest buffer goal

Here is a current event issue that directly relates to our project and may help teach ES.11. See the Bay Journal for a discussion of the 10,000-mile goal for streamside forest buffers. Some think it is too meager to achieve Bay program goals, and a decision will be made when the Bay Governors meet Dec. 9.
