Shenandoah Workshop 2-the second of two workshops held for earth science teachers in the Shenandoah ValleyJune 21-22, 2004James Madison Univeristy, Information Science and Technology Building (ISAT)Science Learning Standards to be Adressed1. Students will plan and conduct investigations in which computers, probeware and GPS are used. (ES.1)2. Students will investigate and understand how to read maps, globes, models, charts and imagery. (ES.3) 3. Students will understand how freshwater resources are influenced by geologic processes and human activities (incudes karst topography) (ES.9) 4.
